1. Scroll down to 'Settings' icon
2. Got to 'USBMode'
3. Change from 'MTP' to 'MSC'
4. Connect player to computer
5. Open up 'My Computer' where Sansa shows up as a separate drive instead of an audio device
6. Right click on it and select 'Format' (default is FAT32 so no need to worry)
After Formatting, Sansa's screen should say 'Refreshing Database' then I can Sync the muic files on Windows Media Player. All files seem to be working!
